Return Request: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Fee: A 40% restocking fee will apply for all returns.

Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories (items must be undamaged and fully functional).

Ship the Product: Return the item to the designated address. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt to confirm if it meets the return conditions.

Refund: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days.

PayPal refunds may take 3-5 business days, depending on the payment processor.

Report Issues: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@newyeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and, if possible, an unboxing video or photos to support your claim.

Eligible for Exchange:

Reported within 48 hours: If the issue is verified to be non-customer related, a free exchange will be issued, and New Ye Shop will cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee will apply.

Reported between 48 hours and 30days: If the issue is verified to be non-customer related, an exchange will still be issued, but a 30% restocking fee will apply. New Ye Shop will cover the return shipping cost, provided the issue is verified.

Reported after 30 days: Exchanges will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return the Product: Returned items will be inspected. If the issue is found to be due to customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions
