Return Policy

At New Ye Shop, operated by Zhongshan Weitao Trading Co., Ltd., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@newyeshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the nearest return address based on your location.
- Ship the Product: Send the item back to the designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Inspection: We’ll inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days, and PayPal refunds may take 3-5 business days, depending on the processor.
Note: Refunds cover the product price only and do not include original shipping fees or applicable taxes unless required by law.
Exchange Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Report Issues: Contact us at info@newyeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and, if possible, an unboxing video or photos to support your claim.

Eligible Replacements:
- Reported within 48 hours: Eligible for a free replacement (we cover return shipping).
- Reported between 48 hours and 14 days: Eligible for replacement with a 20% restocking fee, provided the issue is verified.
- Reported after 14 days: Not eligible for replacement unless required by applicable law.
- Process: We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement if conditions are met. Returned products will be inspected. If they do not qualify (e.g., due to customer misuse), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
- Exclusions: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality are not covered under this policy.
Terms & Conditions
- Product prices do not include installation fees, which vary by item and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for free replacement.
- All replacements and refunds are subject to product availability and our discretion under applicable law.
