We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after confirmation. We appreciate your patience!
2. Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping :
- Free Shipping on orders over $150.
- For orders under $150:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-9 business days, shipping fee $4.99.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4-6 business days, shipping fee $6.99.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days, shipping fee $8.99.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to:
- United States: Continental U.S. only (48 contiguous states), shipped from our global warehouses.
- Europe: All European Union countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, shipped from our dedicated European warehouse for faster delivery. Non-EU countries such as Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom are also supported, subject to logistics availability. Additional countries including Russia (western regions only), Ukraine (non-conflict zones only), Belarus, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro may be served based on carrier capabilities—contact us to confirm.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to U.S. remote areas or outlying territories, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and other regions deemed remote by our carriers, due to logistical constraints.
- In Europe, we do not ship to microstates (e.g., Vatican City, San Marino, Monaco, Andorra), remote islands or territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey), or restricted regions (e.g., parts of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine affected by sanctions or conflict).
- We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Shipping is currently unavailable to countries outside the Continental U.S. and the European countries listed above. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us at info@newyeshop.com for clarification. Delivery times and costs may vary by destination—see estimated times above.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping partners like EMS, DPD,GLS, DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package’s progress.
5. Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order (make sure to include photos or tracking info). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, we’re sorry for any disappointment this might cause. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
At this time, we are unable to offer free return or exchange shipping. All return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or damaged goods), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
